What you’ll be doing… (you might want to stick the kettle on for this part, you’re going to be busy…)

Ideally this won’t be too dissimilar to your current role as you will be expected to come in and hit the ground running… Ideally with some ready made ideas on who you’d like to target from a new business point of view.

Key responsibilities: 

Develop, maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients along with identifying new openings and opportunities to enhance and maximise revenue opportunities.

  • Manage client expectations and work towards agreed targets and SLA’s 
  • Deliver regular strategy/sales meetings/calls with clients and prospects to best deliver our services.
  • Build strong working relationships to develop and grow your portfolio 
  • Be customer focused with retention and growth in your pipeline

Our Corporate Account Managers, interact with both corporate clients and energy suppliers on a daily basis so you’ll need to have exemplary personable, organisation and negotiating skills.

Account Manager Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and obtain information to identify the most suited solution and to better understand our clients requirements.

  • Production of quotations to clients/suppliers on a daily basis using various purpose built CRM systems.

• Liaise directly with third parties within the industry to request quotations, job specifications, contract commencement dates etc…

• Daily contact with customers to keep them informed of the ever changing energy market..

• Participation in further training and development

• Previous experience within the Energy sector would be advantageous however we would consider candidates from outside of the industry for the right individual.

• Ability to self-manage, priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and to work as part of a knowledgable and supportive team.

  • Professional, trustworthy and personable manner.

The role is office based (FY4 5GU) But would be open to hybrid working for the right individual with a highly competitive salary and commission structure on offer.
