Water Audits
The first step we recommend is a complete water audit. Our expert team will analyse how your business currently uses water and how your current supplier charges you for this. We use these insights to provide preliminary Water Audit Report which outlines specific recommendations for reducing your water bills, usage and consumption. This includes a scope of work, projected costs and forecasted savings for any recommended improvements, so you can evaluate the return on investment. If you’re happy to proceed with the recommendations in your Water Audit Report, then our team will follow up with a secondary site survey to validate the details and finalise proposals for each project to be undertaken.
Water Bill Analysis
As part of our Water Audits, we conduct a detailed analysis of your historical water bills, including water supply, wastewater charges, and landlord and third-party charges dating back at least 12 months.
