The Ice Cream Alliance, founded in 1944, is the UK’s only membership trade association dedicated to the ice cream industry. Whether you’re operating a parlour or running ice cream vans, the Alliance provides advice, resources, and support tailored to your business needs. It also organises the UK’s only annual Ice Cream Expo, the Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show, attracting international exhibitors and visitors interested in tapping into the £1.4 billion UK market.
