The role of Telesales Representative will require you to make outbound calls to businesses, opening doors with relevant stakeholders and arrange meetings.
The selected candidate will have the freedom to be creative in terms of which businesses to pursue and how to engage with them, building a pipeline of contacts and opportunities in a way that feels right for them.
This is a great opportunity for the right person to experience success. We are offering a fantastic commission structure with uncapped earnings.
This role is initially office based at hour headquarters on Amy Johnson Way in Blackpool, with the potential to progress into a client facing role if you desire.
Energy or sales experience is desirable, however a pro-active, positive mind set is the real essential.
Requirements for this position:
- Experience of selling over the telephone or other transferable direct sales experience is required.
- B2B sales is preferable but not essential.
- Relevant and demonstrable success in a sales position with high out-bound call volume is also advantageous.
- Excellent spoken communication is required to effectively communicate by phone.
- Effective organizational/written skills and capability of managing multiple tasks is needed.
- A superb work ethic and a resilient, positive attitude is a must!
